At Roy and Venita's we believe in not only developing and retaining good workers, but good people as well.

We introduce the "Above and Beyond" Award, a customer-nominated commendation designed to recognize those individuals not only commited to service within our restaurant, but who extend a helping hand and a kind heart outside of the workplace as well.

Above and Beyond recipients are those who demonstrate self-sacrifice in a spirit of volunteerism, community service and generosity.

This award is for you, as well. It gives our customers and the public an outlet through which you may recognize those you feel deserving.

If you feel one or more of our Staff Members have gone Beyond "normal" workplace duties, please submit in writing (3-4 paragraphs) why you feel your nominee merits consideration.

We choose no more Than two winners yearly, so this truly is a unique and special opportunity.

If your prospect is selected as an Above and Beyond recipient, you will have the honor of presenting your winner with a special pin as well as receive a gift for your efforts as well.
